All items are made to order. Production time begins after engraving approval and, when applicable, after receipt of customer-provided items.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customer-Provided Items

For orders where customers provide their own items:
• Customers are responsible for shipping items to and from Pine Ridge Wood & Laser
• Pine Ridge Wood & Laser is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier damage
