Refund Policy – Pine Ridge Wood & Laser

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products and services, all sales are final once engraving has been approved and production has begun. Approval may be given electronically, verbally, or in writing and is considered binding.

Custom & Personalized Items

• Custom engraved items are non-refundable and non-returnable once engraving is approved
• Engraving services are non-refundable once work has started
• Orders may only be canceled before design approval

Third-Party & Engraving-Only Products

Some products sold or engraved by Pine Ridge Wood & Laser are manufactured by third parties and are not produced by Pine Ridge Wood & Laser.

Third-party products are visually inspected for obvious, major defects prior to engraving. This inspection is limited in scope and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee against manufacturer defects, material inconsistencies, or future product failure.

Refunds will not be issued for defects or issues related to the base product that are unrelated to the engraving itself.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
• An engraving error was made by Pine Ridge Wood & Laser
• The engraving does not match the approved design
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

Normal variations in material, color, grain, texture, or engraving tone are not considered defects.
